When you purchase a Pass through the Website, we may collect information necessary to process your booking; identify the Pass holder; generate and deliver the Pass; send confirmation and transaction communications; provide Event-related notifications; manage entry and verification; provide customer support; and maintain appropriate transaction records.
Payment card, banking or other sensitive payment credentials are generally processed by the relevant payment service provider and are not intended to be stored by Mayabini.Live unless expressly stated.
Where a third-party payment provider such as Razorpay is used, its processing of information will also be subject to its applicable terms and privacy policy.
3. Count Me In / Early Interest Registration
If you submit your details through our "Count Me In" or similar early-interest form, we may collect your name, WhatsApp/mobile number and other information requested through the form.
We use this information to record your interest in Mayabini.Live; notify you when Passes or Event information becomes available; communicate important Event announcements; understand fan interest and demand; and, where separately permitted, send promotional communications.
Submitting your information for early access does not itself guarantee Pass availability, early access, a particular Pass category or any particular price, unless expressly stated.

If you provide your mobile/WhatsApp number or email address for Event-related purposes, we may use those channels to send Pass confirmations, digital Passes, transaction communications, Event date/time/venue updates, security or entry information, postponement/cancellation information and other essential Event communications.
These service-related communications may continue where necessary to fulfil a transaction or provide an Event service, even if you opt out of promotional communications.
