These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.mayabini.live ("Website") and your participation in activities, registrations, communications, Pass purchases and other services made available through the Website in connection with Mayabini.Live ("Mayabini.Live", "Project" or "Event").
The Website and Project are operated by KARA CREATIVE WORLD, having its registered/principal office at No 6 Seeliammal Lane, 1st Cross, Wind Tunnel Road, Murugeshpalya, Bengaluru (Bangalore) Urban, Karnataka, 560102 ("KARA", "we", "us" or "our").
By accessing or using the Website, submitting information through any form, registering for updates, or purchasing a Pass through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or its services.
1. About Mayabini.Live
Mayabini.Live is an immersive entertainment and cultural project involving holographic, visual, audio, AI-assisted, projection and other digital technologies associated with the artistic presentation of the works and persona of Late Shri Zubeen Garg.
The Project may include live performances, holographic/digital representations, visual effects, projection technology, immersive experiences, live artists, musicians, dancers, special effects and other forms of entertainment.
Specific details relating to individual events, including date, venue, timings, programme, artists, facilities and Pass categories, may be communicated separately on the Website or through official Mayabini.Live communication channels.
2. Website Use
You may use this Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
• use the Website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• provide false, inaccurate or misleading information.
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, database, server or related systems.
• interfere with the operation or security of the Website.
• introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material.
• use automated systems to scrape, copy or reproduce Website content without our written permission.
• impersonate another person or entity.
• reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Mayabini.Live content without written permission.
• use the Website in a manner that may damage Mayabini.Live, KARA, its partners, artists or other users.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
3. Registration and Information
Certain features of the Website may require you to provide your name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email address or other information. You agree that the information provided by you will be accurate and current. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. Count Me In Registration
Submission of the “Count Me In” form on the webpage https://www.mayabini.live/count-me-in constitutes an expression of interest only and does not constitute a ticket/pass booking, reservation, confirmation of entry, or guarantee of access to any Mayabini.Live concert or event. The information submitted, including name, email address, mobile/WhatsApp number and other contact details, may be collected and used for early-interest registration and for communicating relevant Mayabini.Live updates, Pass releases and early-access opportunities, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Event Passes will be sold separately through an authorised Mayabini.Live ticketing process, subject to availability and applicable terms.
4. Passes and Event Bookings
Where online Passes are made available through the Website, the Pass is issued subject to availability, successful payment, applicable Pass category and pricing, the Event-specific terms displayed at the time of purchase, and these Terms.
A Pass may be issued electronically in PDF or another digital format and may be delivered through email and/or WhatsApp or another designated communication channel.
A Pass may contain a unique identifier and/or QR code for verification and entry.
Passes are personal to the purchaser/holder to the extent specified in the applicable Event terms and may not be duplicated, altered, forged or fraudulently reproduced.
We reserve the right to refuse entry where the Pass is invalid; the QR code or unique identifier has already been used; the Pass appears altered or duplicated; the Pass was obtained through fraudulent means; the purchaser has violated the applicable terms; or security or venue regulations require refusal of entry.
5. Pass Pricing and Offers
Pass prices, categories, quantities, early-access/early-bird offers, promotional offers and applicable taxes or fees will be displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.
Promotional offers may be subject to limited quantities, specified validity periods, category restrictions, individual purchase limits and other conditions displayed with the offer.
We reserve the right to withdraw or modify an offer before its expiry where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
6. Event Date, Venue and Programme
Event details may be subject to change due to government or regulatory requirements, venue availability, public safety, weather or natural events, security requirements, technical requirements, artist availability, force majeure events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where a material change occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change through the Website, email, WhatsApp or other official communication channels.
7. Cancellation, Postponement and Refunds
The refund, cancellation or transfer terms applicable to a particular Event will be communicated at the time of Pass purchase and/or through the relevant Event terms.
If an Event is postponed or cancelled, the applicable refund or transfer process will be communicated to Pass holders through the registered communication channels.
Where refunds are applicable, the processing time may depend on the payment service provider, banking institution or other intermediary.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, processing fees, transaction charges or third-party service charges may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Event Entry and Security
Entry to the Event is subject to venue and security regulations. Pass holders may be required to undergo security screening.
The following may be restricted or prohibited at the venue: weapons or dangerous objects; unauthorised professional recording equipment; items prohibited by the venue or authorities; substances prohibited by applicable law; unauthorised commercial merchandise or promotional material; and any item that may pose a safety or security risk.
The Event organiser and venue management may refuse entry or remove a person from the venue where reasonably necessary for safety, security or orderly conduct.
9. Photography, Recording and Media
By attending a Mayabini.Live Event, you acknowledge that photography, videography, audio recording and other forms of recording may take place at the Event.
By entering the venue, you may appear incidentally in photographs, recordings, livestreams or other media produced in connection with the Event.
Such material may be used for legitimate Event documentation, editorial coverage, archival purposes and promotional activities relating to Mayabini.Live, subject to applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the Website and Mayabini.Live, including branding, logos, names and marks, website design, graphics, photographs, videos, holographic content, digital assets, visual effects, animations, anamorphic content, sound design, original creative concepts, show formats, software and technical systems, and other original Project materials are owned by or licensed to KARA CREATIVE WORLD/KARA or the respective rights holders, unless expressly stated otherwise.
No provision of these Terms grants you ownership of any such intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit or create derivative works from Mayabini.Live materials without prior written permission.
11. Zubeen Garg Representation and Creative Content
Mayabini.Live may use holographic, digital, visual, AI-assisted, VFX, projection and other technological techniques to create an artistic representation of Late Shri Zubeen Garg.
The representation is part of the Project’s artistic and technological experience.
Specific creative, technical and performance details may not be disclosed publicly before their authorised release.
12. Third-Party Services
The Website may use third-party services including Wix, payment service providers, WhatsApp/communication service providers, email delivery providers, analytics providers, hosting and technical service providers, and other vendors necessary to operate the Website and Event services.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
13. Links to Third-Party Websites
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites. You should review their respective terms and privacy policies before using them.
14. Website Availability
We endeavour to keep the Website operational and accessible. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The Website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, security incidents, network failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, Event details, schedules, artists, venues, programme elements and other information may change. We reserve the right to make reasonable modifications to the Project or Event where necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KARA CREATIVE WORLD, KARA, its affiliates, partners, employees, contractors and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the Website or participation in the Event, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KARA CREATIVE WORLD, KARA and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors and partners against claims, losses, damages or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Website; your breach of these Terms; fraudulent or unauthorised use of a Pass; infringement of third-party rights through material submitted by you; or your violation of applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Website with the revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after the updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Guwahati, Assam shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Website.
